Client Background
GDI’s client is a tier 1 automotive supplier operating in [NUMBER OF COUNTRIES OR VERTICALS OR SOMETHING].
Project Objective:
The goal of this project was to transition from the initial SAP implementation partners while growing and retaining SAP knowledge in internal team. In addition, the project included subsequent rollouts of the PP, MM, WM, FICO and HR modules.

Project Details:
GDI was selected by the client for its extensive experience in SAP rollouts, well-defined and highly evolved processes, and its ability to respond quickly to changes. GDI managed all activities for 17 to 19 rollouts of the financial, warehouse management, production planning and materials management modules. GDI team was required to understand the business processes and technology being used by the client.
Key responsibilities:
The client was able to exploit the benefits of SAP solutions, build the required SAP knowledge in its in-house IT team, and execute the transition with no interruption of existing services.
