GDI’s client is a large commercial bank with locations in Michigan, Texas, Florida and California

Project Objective:

GDI’s goal in this endeavor was the analysis, architecture design and development for a check image exchange (ICE100) project focusing on Day 2 development activities. The undertaking also involved working with third party vendors for integration across Day 2 applications to develop the most effective solution.

Project Details:

The project entailed architecting and designing innovative business and technical solutions for imaging processes that met compliance standards with the Check 21 legislative requirements for check truncation.

GDI provided technical acumen in the design and development of Client/Server and Imaging solutions.We also addressed bank check processing exceptions and returns software and systems, leveraging our business acumen in bank check exceptions and returns processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathered, studied and analyzed functional as well as technical requirements for preparation of business cases and development of system designs
  • Designed the components, interfaces and technology for processing of incoming returns by the bank
  • Closely collaborated with client and technical leads, obtaining approval and consensus on defined requirements and solutions, ensuring delivery of integrated technologies that met client requirements
